Living Monkey Brain?











In Hong Kong restaurants, speciality is the "living" monkey Brain. They force a young

monkey to drink alcohol & they put him in a special animal box. The animal box is

put under table. A hole is made in the centre of table to let through monkey head.

Then people eat directly with spoon in its head. The monkey is always alive when they eat his brain
